JB Racing ULTRA-LITE racing/competition lightweight flywheels have been engineered to produce a very low MOI to achieve the ultimate performance from your "ultra-high performance" competition vehicle. These flywheels are designed with maximum performance as the primary objective. They are extremely lightweight and typically utilize small diameter, single or multi-disc clutches suitable for off-road racing and competition.
JBR ULTRA-LITE flywheels (see note 1) are available in 140mm (5.50”), 184mm (7.25”), and 200mm (7.875”) clutch diameters and are offered as flywheel only or as complete flywheel/clutch kits (see notes 3, and 4) for users who prefer a custom pre-engineered package. These special purpose flywheel/clutch combinations are NOT SUITABLE for street driven vehicles.
All JBR flywheels are supplied complete with hardened steel friction surfaces, ignition triggers (where applicable), zero-balanced, and are packaged with a hardened bolt-ring kit containing all premium installation hardware and instructions. All hardware kit materials supplied must be used for proper installation. Flywheels are normally serviceable and can be re-built should they be subjected to abnormal wear, abuse, or otherwise damaged during use.

Notes:
(1) ULTRA-LITE Flywheel contains the ignition trigger required for OEM Motronics ignition system.
(2) This flywheel is designed for Sachs 200mm RCS components. Available on custom order only.
(3) All 2-disc clutch kits utilize TOB/bobbin assembly, p/n 551-250.
(4) All Racing clutch kits require the installation of a clutch pedal stop to prevent clutch damage due to overtravel.
